Tiki Tours International Corp., 2025 ONSC 1846 - Ruzbeh acted for the plaintiffs in a dispute over business ownership and an alleged joint venture, together with breach of fiduciary duty and defamation claims. After trial, the Ontario Superior Court declared the corporate plaintiff the sole owner of the disputed boats and awarded $90,000 in damages. The Ontario Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal in 2026 and awarded the respondents $17,000 in costs.
